Enhanced Services Survey

Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) require comprehensive, person-centered support that extends beyond basic care to promote independence, engagement, and quality of life. Enhanced support services address the diverse and evolving needs of this community across multiple life domains.

In an effort to expand our services beyond the Oklahoma required services for our friends and families, we are exploring those services that would be most beneficial to our Gatesway population. If you will take a little time to complete a survey of some of our ideas of possibilities we will use this to try to continue to best meet both the neccessities and wants of our Friends.
